About ArcBlock

Open Chain Access ProtocolThe open chain access protocol is an open source protocol that provides an abstract layer for accessing underlying blockchains, enabling your application to work on different blockchains, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Hyperledger, and more. It eliminates the platform lock-in issue and enables applications to run on multiple blockchain fabrics, vastly improving developer and user experiences. Everyone in the blockchain community will be able to make contributions, create extensions, and make improvements.
Decentralized Pub/Sub GatewayThe Decentralized Pub/Sub Gateway, is a distributed messaging system that supports pub/sub and acts as an API gateway for Blocklets. It will allow your apps to run in both web browsers and mobile apps, giving users interactive, real-time experiences. The gateway supports various network protocols by default, including WebSockets, DDP, HTTPS, and MQTT. Advanced developers can extend the gateway with new network protocols to fit their needs.
Another radical component is Blocklet. It takes advantage of elements of the latest microservice architecture which works without the help of any server computing technology.
