International Chamber of Commerce will help integrate blockchain to millions of companies in 130 countries
The International Chamber of Commerce plans to make the blockchain technology available to millions of individual participating companies and business associations.
The world's largest trade organization officially began working with Perlin, a Singapore blockchain startup, to help businesses integrate distributed registry solutions to improve performance and improve the supply process. The ICC will offer its members in 130 countries to connect to the Perlin decentralized platform for free to take advantage of advanced technology and make ongoing operations traceable and transparent.
A Singaporean startup will develop practical, efficient and scalable supply control systems and a value chain.
The Secretary General of the International Chamber of Commerce, John Denton, said that the blockchain will have a huge impact on the activities of enterprises of various industries.
The Parisian organization with a hundred-year history, engaged in the development of such documents as Incoterms and UCP 600, together with Perlin began to work on other projects. One of these is the Anti-Counterfeiting and Piracy Initiative (BASCAP), which involves raising awareness of the detrimental effects of counterfeits and illegal copies on the economy and the social sphere.
