CHALLENGES TODAY: The global real estate market is worth $ 217 trillion, but it has outdated technologies, is subject to complex regulation and is limited by centralization by authorities, agents and financial institutions. VOR PROJECT: Dominium is being developed by a group of real estate professionals with industry experience dating back to 1833. The original idea in 2012 was to create a blockchain platform for real estate financing. The development of the project from 2016 is shown in the following diagram:
TOKEN USAGE AND VALUE: DOM Tokens is the payment unit on the platform. It is used for activities such as the creation and trading of assets, listing a property for sale and for renting, renting and buying a lease e.t.c.
Aside from tokens for payment in the platform, which will increase its value, how many people use the platform for real estate activities. The project also has two new ways to increase the value of the token.
