The main problem for crypto investors is how to convert their crypto portfolios into all traditional assets, while facing a bank system that really appears hostile and unfriendly, towards the Crypto Eco-Sphere.

ECB is determined in responding to this massive problem properly, by offering a secure trading multilingual exchange platform, by using our existing KYC and AML software (used over the last 9 years in our Wealth Management Business, by offering Tax Reporting for National Domestic Tax Revenue Services: France, Italy, Germany).

This is a preliminary Business Plan from European Crypto Bank (ECB, a company registered and incorporated in London in July 2014, with the partnership of Forgues Gestion SAS, a company incorporated in Paris in April 2009 and Woospeak Italia incorporated in Milan in July 2015. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (A.I): HOW WE WANT TO CHANGE OUR WORLD

Our goal is creating Robot Advisors who are able to understand human’s patterns and immediately reply with an efficient and proper attitude.

We will use our background in data analysis, predictive scenarios in Wealth Management, as well as our experiences in Business Process Outsourcing, so to reach our target.

The ECB R&D laboratory on I.A. will be located in France. We plan to start the Robot advisors after 2 years of researches and technological development in France (Paris). Cobalt will be our main tool as to create the robot perfect financial advisor.

Voice feelings detection, email interactions between Humans and robots of current studies we use the term "emotional computing". Actually, it would be more appropriated to refer on studies about emotional states which include feelings, attitudes, humors, etc. and we are still working on the differentiation hierarchy to organize them.

The LIMSI laboratory has developed a technology allowing to recognize the feelings during the progress of calls (appeals). We can extract information on the emotional state of the agent and the customer (negative states: anger, stress, anxiety, sadness and positive states: satisfaction, relief, amusement). This technology is, at present time, a search tool which can be adapted to new data within the project framework. A real-time version is also being investigated, more closely.

A first bolt to be raised is the implementation of a linguistic and paralinguistic hybrid model for feeling detection on real data (given by call center), in order to work on structures and patterns. Number of feelings, feelings complexity (for example: a mixture of dissatisfaction and amusement?

A further complex bolt to be raised is the number of emotional states that a system can detect (presently the systems can rarely implement a prediction of more than 2 or 4 emotional states). Finally, another bolt concerns the consideration of the context and the linguistic information at several levels (Phoneme, phonetic, lexicon syntax, dialogue).

The various components of an emotion:

• Valence (versus positive negative)

• The type of emotion (e.g. enjoyment, stress, anger, etc.)

• The deliberate object (e.g. I am afraid of the aggressor)

• The reason (external and bibliographic context)

• The qualitative aspect (intensity, duration, etc.).

• The functional role (emotional answer and impulses to act)

Lot of theories can be of use as base to these researches (model of cognitive evaluation, models push-pull (K. Scherer)) but the proposed systems are still very simple given the scale of the task.
