Global Reit: New investments in real estate

Global Reit Project

Global REIT intends to create a comprehensive real estate investment portfolio offering additional benefits, unlike the traditional REIT. That is, it will be a symbiosis of REIT with blockchain technology.

Global REIT plans to start its operations in Dubai and the US, and then quickly spread around the world. The company intends to connect crypto-currency investors who want to invest in real estate simultaneously and receive regular dividends with property owners and seeking to enter the liquidity market of crypto-currencies in the global REIT ecosystem.

To this end, a robust platform was built on the Ethereum blockchain, using the strengths of smart contracts for custom tokens (GRET). The GRET token is fully traded on all token exchange platforms, which opens up a quick, simple, cheap and safer trade, unlike traditional REITs. This allows any investor to hedge risks not only in fiat currencies but also in real assets.

ICO Details and Token Functionality

ICO Global REIT will offer its investors two tokens: a global fund manager's REIT (GREM) token and a global resource token REIT (GRET).
This means that each investor will receive a share in the profits of the management company of the fund (with the purchase of GREM).

At the Pre-ICO stage, bonus tokens are offered to investors in 4 tranches, with the maximum number of bonus tokens given to subscribers in the 1st tranche.
