SID Project
Internet access has been declared a human right by the United Nations, according to a 2016 resolution.
SID start-up culture is to serve the global less fortunate citizens and businesses to enjoy the share Internet offered by SID.
Our innovative technology aims to enable a global Internet access boom and thus help to lift certain segments of the 500 million poor people out of poverty.

One of our key missions through the SID project :

“To hoist as many people as possible out of impecuniosity by betokens of giving the less auspicious a way to access the Internet”.
Certain users will be able to get free Internet access by obtaining tokens in exchange of consuming advertising. Such obtained tokens can then be acclimated to consume internet megabytes from other nearby Users in exchange for tokens OR Users will simply trade some of their tokens directly with other SID Users. Those trades will be done simply through a secured blockchain, on a public exchange to ascertain full transparency with the control of the tokens and the control of sharing internet or not plenarily decentralized, designating solely under end-user’s control through their post ITO (Initial Token Offering) token Wallet inside the SID App.

How does shared access to data work?

SID is about community building, users themselves add WiFi passwords so that all SID users are able to access internet from that WiFi. Default setting in the app is set to share only WiFi but you can manually set to share also mobile plan (3G/4G) internet. After our ITO (Token sale) we will activate the trading of SID Tokens for shared internet data (mobile or home WiFi as public shared hotspots are always free) between SID users smartphones. Currently already several hundred thousand WiFis have been added by our SID users and this number is growing daily.
