Christmas Lunch

Had a wonderful Christmas this year. Ate a whole lot of food and had a nice Christmas lunch with my other half's family. We ate at The Cheesecake Factory

Main Courses.

Cajun Jambalaya Pasta

Shrimp and Chicken Sautéed with Onions, Tomato and Peppers in a Very Spicy Cajun Sauce. All on Top of Fresh Linguini.

Chicken Piccata

Sautéed Chicken Breast with Lemon Sauce, Mushrooms and Capers. Served with Angel Hair Pasta.

Crispy Coated Chicken Breast over Basil Pasta and Parmesan Cream Sauce Topped with Prosciutto and Arugula Salad

Crispy Pineapple Chicken and Shrimp

Crispy Chicken and Shrimp with Snow Peas, Mushrooms, Onions, Garlic, Peppers and Cilantro in a Sweet and Spicy Sauce. Served with Brown Rice.

Chicken, Croutons, Parmesan Cheese and Caesar Dressing

Toasted Marshmallow S'mores Galore™ Cheesecake

Hershey's® Cheesecake Topped with Chocolate Ganache. Finished with Toasted Housemade Marshmallow and Honey Maid® Graham Crackers.
