Hi everyone. I don't speak russian at all, my mother tongue is actually french.

I was wondering if anyone can direct me to more informations on Golos. I was fairly active on Steemit so now I just realize my wallet is a bit less empty.
What are the differences from Steemit?
For instance, how long does it take to power down?
It seems they didn't follow all the upgrade from Steemit.
