How to make Oreo cake without oven : Recipe
Ingredients:
- 110 grams butter without salt
- 360 grams oreo cookies
Ingredients for cheese
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk cream
- 7 grams unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 380 grams cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation:
To prepare the base; Open the cookies and remove the cream with the help of a knife. Grind the cookies a few at a time in the blender until they are well ground.Separate ¼ cup of ground cookies and place the rest on a cake mold. Add the melted butter and mix well. Flatten all the mixture well on the base of the mold by hand. Once compacted, put in the freezer for 10 minutes only.To prepare the cheese filling, slowly add the unflavored gelatine little by little in the form of rain to ¼ cup of water, mix lightly with a fork and let stand 5 minutes until it looks solid. Put to heat in a bain-marie, mixing until it dissolves. It can also be heated in the microwave for a few seconds. Cool slightlyBeat the cream cheese, the filling of the cookies, the quarter cup of sugar, the tablespoon of lemon juice and the vanilla in a bowl with the electric mixer until a little bit of the mixture is added. Add the cream little by little while continuing to beat. Stop and lower the mixture from the sides, continue beating until the mixture is well integrated. Add the gelatin mixture and continue beating until completely integrated. Empty in the mold with the cookies. Refrigerate at least two hours.
