📝 Change of HF 0.2 Date to 2 August 2017 12.00 GMT — Hierarchical Multisig and Vulnerabilities

After the release of RC1, that was published to Golos github on Monday 17.07.2017. RC was tested in a timely manner by some delegates, and due to their diligence (particularly @primus, @litvintech, @ropox) the following problems were found:

• Correct addition of vesting_shares for accounts created with cli_wallet was missing. Fixed in RC2 (not uploaded to github yet)
• Errors related to availability of required keys for the new operations were fixed in RC2.
• Method for receiving dynamic_asset_data via DatabaseAPI was missing. Fixed in RC2.
• Fixed time of computation (sic) of last_irreversible_block
• Fixed addition of account_creation_fee for creation of accounts with delegated vesting_shares
• Fixed and removed the duplication of information about name and symbol of the asset. Indexing of the assets is now happening based on the asset name in the string, and not in asset_symbol_type
• Added a new asset feature signaling that it has asset_bitasset_data_object
• The main problem that was found (and is still not fixed) is connected to the hierarchical multisig (and with the latest news in the blockchain world, particularly the “hack” of Parity multisig wallets), we’ve decided to hold of this feature till the next HF, for more testing and audit of the codebase to attackable vulnerabilities.
  -During the preparation towards HF and security audit of the code we’ve discovered another problem, that consists of correct serialization of secondary_indext in boost::interprocess::shared_memory
• RC2 (without the hierarchical multisig feature) is available at Golos github
