GOLOS - Are you performing an artificial pump right now?

When I checked the exchange rate for Golos today, I was surprised to see the sudden growth:

The volume is also the most it's ever been at $276,207:

But then I went on Bittrex and noticed that both the GOLOS and GBG wallet is locked:

If you click on the info button, it says "routine maintenance", but don't you think it's quite a nice coincidence that just when they start performing their "maintenance", everything starts shooting up to the skies and beyond?

If this is an attempt at manipulating the price, then why? Why can't you just leave it alone and grow at its own speed?
