"BitDegree" Education of a new level. ICO LIVE + Video.

The world’s first blockchain-powered online education platform with token scholarships & tech talent acquisition
The BitDegree platform will offer students the best online courses with a clear and transparent blockchain based reward system and achievement tracking. It is also a unique tool for businesses to recruit tech talent and shape global education to their needs. Think of it as Coursera and HackerRank merged together, powered by the decentralized blockchain technology.
BITDEGREE: IT IS ALL ABOUT EDUCATION
We are proposing a digital incentivized studying platform as a new tool to grow the global tech talent pool. Companies in need of tech talent will provide financial incentives to students willing to participate in training courses and to develop their skills. Companies seeking to get people familiar with newly introduced technology or services, will provide financial incentives to students willing to spend time to learn and to try the company’s offerings. By providing incentives, any company explicitly signals the demand for certain qualifications, or informs about knowledge and skills needed to effectively use newly introduced technology/products/services. People looking for new opportunities will learn new technologies, develop practical skills in demand, and get familiar with existing technological solutions provided by solution providers. Job seekers will enroll to subsidized courses to get more knowledge and to develop skills within selected technology topic. The course materials and learning process will be made interactive and in a highly engaging way by following field-proven gamification methods. Students will be able to communicate with other students and course mentors, to pose questions, and seek for more detailed explanations.

Basically BitDegree is an online education platform supported by the world’s first blockchain with scholarship tokens & prospective search engineers
The BitDegree platform offers the best online courses with a clear and transparent blockchain based reward system and tracking achievements. BitDegree is also a privileged tool for business people to recruit technicians and design a global education to fit their needs.
Human life from time to time through the process of development of science that can not be separated from the touch of breath education that is always changing at all times. The educational touch in life is felt today, human civilization, technological civilization, imformation, health, art, and much more that we feel from the sweetness of education.
According to Yu-kai Chou Core, Drives of people’s motivation are:

  1. Epic Meaning & Calling.
    If a person is engaged in a process and believes that it is the mission of great importance, he/she is ready to put a lot of effort, free time into pursuing this goal.
  2. Development & Accomplishment.
    People like to see the results of the performed activities, receive some bonuses or prizes for their accomplishments, and get to the leaders’ list.
  3. Empowerment of Creativity & Feedback.
    None of the awards matters to a person if the goal can be easily obtained. Only those rewards matter, for which a person overcomes difficulties.
  4. Ownership & Possession.
    When a person possesses something, he/she instinctively tries to multiply the possessions and/or improve them.
  5. Social Influence & Relatedness.
    The fifth factor incorporates all social elements motivating people: mentorship, social acceptance, companionship, competition, and envy. When we see a friend reach a high level in the game, we, as a rule, wish to catch up with and overtake him/her.
  6. Scarcity & Impatience.
    The sixth factor that motivates a person is the desire to possess something simply because of its scarcity.
  7. Unpredictability & Curiosity.
    Curiosity encourages people to continue progress, because they want to know what will be next.
    Maurice de Hond is the latest international advisor to join the BitDegree team ahead of histoken sale starting December 1, 2017 . He is a Personalized Learning Advisor of BitDegree. An innovator with more than 50 years of experience in technology and education, de Hond is also the founder of Steve JobsSchoo l of the Netherlands , nominated by Tech Insider as one of the world’s most innovative schools thanks to its revolutionary approach to individual learning.
    “I joined BitDegree because I was interested in his team’s revolutionary approach to solving the problems of educational institutions that failed to prepare students with the necessary skills necessary for them to succeed when entering the workforce,” he explained. Hond. “I believe that the BitDegree philosophy about students who are happy with tokens will encourage their students to find, and stick to, a study that is right for them.”
    Further BitDegree advisers with experience in international technology, business and education will be announced in due course.
  8. Loss & Avoidance.
    The majority of people prefer to act immediately because of fear of losing the possibility forever.
    The intelligent use of such drivers within the BitDegree platform, will enable us to not only attract
    new students, but will also to contribute towards sustaining the interest of existing users.

THE BITDEGREE PLATFORM
We love the idea of running BitDegree platform on decentralized blockchain fueled internet. We believe in decentralization and self-sustainable architectures, however, we see the need for centralization of certain aspects of the platform (at least in the beginning) in order to enable shorter development and deployment cycles and to ensure faster market adoption. After evaluating the current technology capabilities, such as blockstack.org we have decided to start with mature, conventional web technology. With time, we will aim to decentralize such things as course creation, course mentorship, verification of study, smart-incentives creation and others. At first, we want to make platform that is operational and we already have the basic implementations of some of the components in place up and running. Initially, the platform will provide minimal set of complete and functional services, essential to sustainability of the platform but we have a bold general plan for the futur
I believe that I can help BitDegree in achieving its goal of revolutionizing education because I have experience in linking content with targets. I also have more than 40 years of experience to help companies focus on problem solving goals for customers, and not just enthusiastic about the technology they use in doing so.
What is your motivation in creating Steve JobsSchools in the Netherlands?
The motivation behind Steve JobsSchools are my two children. I have one daughter born in 2009. My son was born in 1977. They grew up in two different worlds, mainly related to technology. By the time my daughter was two years old, she was already working with the iPad. I find it hard to understand that if I want to prepare my daughter for adult life after 2030, then I have to send her to the same school I sent to my child 30 years earlier. I came to the conclusion that schools are preparing children today for the past and not the future.
What do you see as the biggest drawback in the education system today?

There are a number of shortcomings, but I will narrow it down to three big issues: curriculum, social construction, and outdated school models.
Since the boom of the Internet and mobile devices, our relationship with information and knowledge has changed much compared to the past. Meanwhile, the curriculum in schools is mostly the same as the past decade even though the world is experiencing the greatest revolution relating to information and communication. However, almost like this really passes the government responsible everywhere for the national curriculum.
The second point is social context and construction, because children born in the 21st century live in a context and social framework that is completely different from those born even one or two decades earlier. I was born at a time before television was invented, and I do not know what’s happening in my own city. Today it is possible to know what’s going anywhere in the world anytime by pressing a button.
As I grow up, everyone has a bit of the same social experience, and this makes us more or less the same. Thanks to the technology that makes the world smaller, we can easily meet people with experiences that are different from our own experiences. I always use the following example of two children; one of which was born in the Amazon rainforest, and the other was born in New York. After 10 years, they will be very different in terms of what they know, and what they can do. I saw my daughter who was born in 2009, and my son was born in 1977 and I see them as two children in terms of the world in which they grew up.
A third problem is that the school’s ‘traditional’ model is still firmly rooted in the nineteenth century. It is highly industrial because it is based on a “one size fits all” philosophy, with one teacher being around 30 to 50 children. Currently, this approach does not work well because the demands on personal knowledge are so diverse, inconsistent with the current social framework of children, and this does not prepare children to discover what they will find when working in the future. And with the help of technology there are other ways to organize the school.
Moreover, adults are not aware of this “perfect storm” because their children experience in school the same as they experience. Adults are conditioned into the method of schooling in the past, and they are not aware of this. Therefore, they are satisfied to see their children learn as they do, even though their life and social context are completely different from their own parents.
How do you think students will learn in the next decade or 15 years or more?
Unfortunately, I am afraid many of them will still learn to use the old method. It is important to remember that people are generally conservative naturally, and educational systems around the world are almost completely dictated by government decisions. Steps of change are also slowing down when the government needs to decide to change something. While I do not think much will change in the next 10 years, I believe more and more people will begin to realize that the diplomas you receive while finishing your education will mean less. The employer shows more and more interest in what you know and how you apply it, rather than what you actually learn. This is because much of what is learned in relation to future work is learned rather than in school, but learn from classes like online, or through other experiences. In my opinion, this is why ‘traditional’ schools become increasingly irrelevant for those born in the 21st century.
What do you think are the benefits of personalized learning?
Maurice de Hond (left), BitDegree CEO Andrius Putna (center), Head of Business Development BitDegree Danielius Stasiulis (image: BitDegree)
Are you sure that personalized learning is the way forward for the future of all education systems?
Yes, I do. I also believe that “one size fits all” does not meet the demands of the 21st century.In most of the 20th century, “one size fits all” is very useful because one teacher to a large number of working children. This is because later (and now) education is based on a “just in case” philosophy. The government and the public assume that a student will leave school between the ages of 13 and 18, and will likely learn new academic concepts. Therefore, all things are taught at the surface level “just in case” if needed later. With the emergence of the Internet, approaches to education need to be “just in time”. This means that you can find, filter,
Does that also apply to universities?
This applies to anywhere where something is learned. But again, we have to look back at one teacher’s day to 30 or 50 students because that’s when it’s the only financially feasible approach. There is no financial possibility to organize personalized learning, and is also generally required because the philosophy of “one size fits all”. As a result of the leaps that are made in understanding the learning needs of children, each child is recognizably diverse in what they need from education, and in terms of their background and abilities. Thankfully, technology has made personalized learning a reality.
KSU in Lithuania is working on a course that is mostly online-based, but is completed on-site at the university. What do you think about this mixed learning model?
I love the learning approach that combines all sorts of possibilities. More often than not, people think that if you like a particular approach, then you think that this is the only way to achieve something. For example, I have been accused of saying that teachers are no longer important, and technology can do their job. This is just the opposite!
I believe that technology can do the “routine” part of the work of any employee. This then allows employees to specialize in areas of their expertise that can not be done with automation. The combined approach can be a very smart way to have the best of the human world and the auto world. However, care should be taken to ensure one aspect is not greater than the other.
Are you using gamification at SteveJobs school?

Yes, we do. We integrate existing gamelan platforms with books and other learning materials that we use. We see this as the best way to meet our educational goals. Even so, there are still children who need more teacher-based activities.
So a few brief conversations with us.
So wait let alone join and get many benefits.
Not only that about BitDegree, we also had a question and answer session to another party that is one of them is with Crypto-Economic advisor Oleg Belousov.
as I quoted from his official Medium account is more or less like this:
Oleg Belousov is BitDegree’s cryptographic economic adviser and founder of Nexchange.io, an online crypto exchange.
An online learning advocate, self-taught programmer Oleg believes that BitDegree’s revolutionary approach to education will primarily address the general problem of the lack of a comprehensive online education course.
He will use his knowledge as a programmer, his interest in the economy of cryptocurrency, plus his experience as a recruiter to tailor the course, which he hopes will unite cryptococcal users and BitDegree students.
Read on to discover Oleg plans for a smart BitDegree contract course, BitDegree recruitment issues can be solved, and future collaboration between BitDegree and Nexchange.
Why did you decide to join BitDegree as a Cryptocurrency Advisor?
I joined BitDegree for three reasons. First, when I teach myself to be a programmer who is using an online course, I noticed that there is a general lack of quality online education. While there has been a huge increase in the type of educational content since my college years, online education has not been at a time when it can replace the physical class. It should, and I believe BitDegree can push things far enough to achieve this.
Second, I have experience as a hiring manager for beginners. I am aware of the fact that university graduates who come fresh to the IT employment market and the technology of their studies are not qualified to do the job, and will employ their employers a year or more to train them with the right skills. to do the job I believe that the BitDegree approach will make the recruitment process more efficient, and much cheaper.
Third, BitDegree cuts the need to use recruitment agencies. In my experience, the price is relatively expensive and not always effective.
By using blockchain, BitDegree intercepts this intermediary and allows the boss to connect directly with the student / prospective employee. In fact, previous companies that have used this approach in various fields are old unicorn like eBay, AirBnB, and Uber.
In short, I joined BitDegree because it changed everything in terms of what it taught, how students learned, and how IT companies and technology companies recruited.
Token Distribution

BitDegree will issue an ERC20 compatible token, which will be used to provide incentives to students and contributors of the platform. The sale of BitDegree tokens will be final and non-refundable. The BitDegree will not be responsible for any loss of BitDegree tokens or situations making it impossible to access BitDegree tokens, which may result from any actions or omissions of the user or nay person undertaking to acquire BitDegree tokens, as well as in case of hacker attacks.
We plan to offer anyone sharing our vision to contribute to the development of BitDegree by buying BitDegree tokens during the Initial Coin Offering event, which will be held on Q4, 2017.
BitDegree goal is to raise a minimum of 5 million USD and to stop accepting contributions when 25–30 million USD will be collected. Some of the numbers may change due to ETH/USD exchange rate volatility, but the following numbers are best estimates as of September, 2017.
• Maximum financing: 30,000 ETH — may change due to exchange rate changes;
• Minimum financing: 550 ETH — may change due to exchange rate changes;
• Exchange rate: 1 ETH = 10,000 Bitdegree Tokens — may change with ETH exchange rates;
• Token contract address: Will be published onlyon website bitdegree.org 48hrs before the crowdsale launch date;
• Launch date and time: Date to be announced soon. Block number will be published on website. Dates may be prone to change;
• Token launch time-frame: 30 days.
• Token launch completion: Token launch will end when either the maximum number of ETH is raised or 30 days have passed. If less than the minimum of ETHs are raised, ETH can be retrieved by holders of
BitDegree Token;
• Contributors sending ETH to BitDegree Smart Contract address will immediately receive
tokens.

BitDegree foundation:66 million (locked for 360 days);
Scholarships pool:165 million;
Tokens available to public at launch:336,6 million;
Team:66 million (locked for 720 days);
Advisors / Partners:13,2 million (locked for 160 days);

Tokens in total:660 million.

While BitDegree and Nexchange operate on different ends of the crypto ecosystem, I truly believe that what we do is very closely aligned. In addition to having Nexchange users as BitDegree students, and BitDegree students as Nexchange users, we can also transfer knowledge between both of our parties.
You are the creator of the upcoming BitDegree Contract Smart Course: what can we expect from him?
The smart contract courses we are developing with BitDegree will attract two types of users:
The first is the user who trades crypto and invests in token sales, and is curious to learn more about how everything learns under the hood, while the user reaches BitDegree especially in their attempt to gain ROI, they can know enjoy the added value of learning how things really work, and that’s pretty exciting!
The second is people who come to BitDegree for educational purposes. However, after attending a comprehensive Smart Contract Development course, they may actually gain enough confidence to participate in ecosystems economically. I find the consequences that may be very profitable for BitDegree and the entire ecosystem.
I believe that this provides exceptional educational value through quality course content, and serves as a good entry point for our financial and educational ecosystem.
What triggered your interest in cryptocurrency?
To me, cryptococcus represents freedom, and this freedom is achieved by using two rules: first, compensation is given exclusively through value creation, whether it is mining, fighting, or other means. Secondly, the ownership of cryptocurrency is set cryptographically, and can not be disputed.
Meanwhile, traditional civil and financial systems rely mostly on private networks, institutions and many other subjective factors that tend to be biased and manipulated. In my opinion, the future lies in making all these proof-of-facts based on cryptography.
I believe that crypto is where business and science meet. This is because in the crypto world, what you claim to be true needs to be backed up by facts. Facts can not be debated, and can not be changed.
Cryptocurrencies are peer-to-peer systems, which means they release intermediaries from any transaction. This can be applied to many other areas of the financial and banking sector, as well as IT and technology, and even governments.
How do you see crypto used in educational platforms over the next decade?
Because crypto does not have a middleman, they can save a considerable amount of money.Just look at what Uber and AirBnB have achieved for the community! There are millions of dollars saved by removing middlemen, and I am convinced that this economic model can be applied to future education. This is happening now with BitDegree!
Do you see key crypto being a strong and viable alternative to FIAT currency in the future?
Yes, of course! If we look at history, there were some technical revolutions several hundred years ago.
The enormous canonical value that society believes will change, and I believe — in economic and financial terms — the next wave of change will come sooner than we think of in the form of mass cryptococcus and the adoption of the flight ban.
How do you see the future between Nexchange and BitDegree evolve?
First of all, we believe in BitDegree’s ambition to revolutionize education, and Nexchange will be the first exchange that enrolls the BitDegree token (BDG). With that said, I’m sure that Nexchange and BitDegree are not limited to one area of business collaboration. As Nexchange grows, the need to recruit new talent arises, and I do not see a better long-term way of securing access to a unique talent pool than the solution offered by BitDegree. I would rather invest my money in education than in the hands of recruitment agencies, and I believe that many industry giants have the same preferences.
Nexchange is not just a cryptocurrency exchange. It’s also an ecosystem, and a one-stop crypto shop. We try to keep things centralized and to a minimum. We also have a mining pool, offer merging solutions, and provide white labels. Going forward, we are looking to become the first brokers capable in the field of crypto cognitive.
In Q4 2017, founder of Electronic Arts, Jeff Burton, revolutionary founder Steve JobsSchool, Maurice de Hond, Stanford PhD and gamma experts, James K. Scarborough, plus former Coursera senior manager, Roberto Santana, joined the BitDegree Advisory Board.
Further advisers with experience in international technology, business and education who have joined BitDegree will be announced in due course.
No doubt is not it?
this great project must be eagerly awaited by everyone, bahwasannya this project is very profitable if we join in it. What are you waiting for?
BitDegree has taken further security measures to protect the holders of the BitDegree token (BDG) and their ether (ETH) currency against cybercriminals during the sale of BitDegree tokens, which began on December 1, 2017.
BitDegree has decided to take the following security model to protect token holders’ rights during token sales:
The backers will transfer ETH * to the BitDegree crowdsale smart address (the address will be announced on December 1, 2017), and will instantly receive their BDG.
During token sales, ETH is then transferred from a smart contract to an external account owned by BitDegree. While BitDegree takes maximum precautions to make its intelligent contracts can not be hacked, transferring money from a smart contract to an external wallet increases the safety of the collected ether.
If the soft cover is not fulfilled during the sale of the BitDegree tokens, all ETHs used to purchase BDG will be returned to BitDegree’s smart contract at the end of the token sales period. Buyers can then withdraw their ET by using the “claimRefund” function on smart contracts.
If the soft cover is met during the sale of BitDegree tokens, the collected ETH will be used for the creation of the BitDegree platform as defined in the White Paper.
During the token sale period, BitDegree will be the sole ETH fund controller in external accounts.
If the hard cover is fulfilled during the sale of the BitDegree token, the BDG token becomes tradable within 5 days.
The workings of the intelligent BitDegree contract, and the existence of an external wallet can be checked by the token holder at any time. Find the BitDegree Crowdsale contract atGithub .
All of the above is public information, and the above decisions are taken by BitDegree to ensure that the token holders and their funds are given the highest level of security.
