Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular disease. Physical activity and exercise have long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life.


For me, Dieting is the practice of eating food in a supervised and regulated manner in order to decrease, maintain, or increase body weight, or to prevent and treat diseases, such as diabetes etc.
A restricted diet is often used by those who are overweight or obese, sometimes in combination with physical exercise, to reduce body weight.

As a result, I would be sharing some tips for helping out with this situation.

MAKING YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS A PRIORITY

Whether you're busy with carpool or working a 10-hour day, making exercise a priority is something that's beneficial to you and your own body. There are countless times when we say we're going to take up the latest boot camp class or head out for a 3-mile run around the neighborhood. However, most people don't actually do it.

DRINK WATER FIRST THING IN THE MORNING



There is no doubt about the importance of water. Water is the source of life. Without water, life is impossible. Having water on an empty stomach helps in cleansing of the colon, which in turn increases the efficiency of the intestine to absorb nutrients. It also helps in flushing out toxins from your body.

Water keeps you full and less likely to eat in between meals. It can also kick start your metabolism in the morning, which will play an important role in supporting your weight loss.

A 2015 study published in the journal "Obesity" revealed drinking 2 cups of water 30 minutes before participants ate led to moderate weight loss over the course of 12 weeks. By simply drinking water when you first wake up, go out for lunch, or get home from work, you can improve your health without having to do much.

COMMERCIAL BREAK WORKOUTS



Take the first commercial break to warm your body up and get ready for your actual workout, since we don’t want to dive into anything too extreme before the first group date. Start by doing 10 air squats, 10 jumping jacks, and 5 burpees. Repeat this pattern as many times as you can until the break is over.

Now that your body is warmed up, it’s time to start burning some calories. Put down the bottle of red wine and get ready to sweat. In 20-30 second intervals, alternate between plank Jack and mountain climbers. The variety is endless and the incremental workout you’ll get by the end of your program will make staying home worth it.
And for those days you can’t find the inspiration to tie up your running shoes or just don’t want to go to the gym, turn to the television for help.

PLANNING MEALS AHEAD AND STICK WITH HEALTHY FOODS.



If you don’t care what you eat, and you base your meals on last-minute decisions, you will obviously end up having fast food and unhealthy snacks all the time.

Healthy eating is not about depriving yourself of food you love, strict dietary limitations or staying unrealistically thin. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, improving your health, and boosting your mood. The cornerstone of a healthy diet pattern should be to replace processed food with real food whenever possible. Eating food that is as close as possible to the way nature made it can make a huge difference in the way you think, look, and feel.

Slaving over a hot oven is no fun, especially when you’ve had an awful day and arrive home late into the night. To make sure that on these days you don’t reach for unhealthy convenience foods learn some super quick recipes you can knock up in an instant. A turkey steak with a feta and beetroot salad is a healthy meal that can be knocked up in less than 10 minutes, as can vegetable frittatas
