UniDAG ecosystem structure

UniDAG ecosystem is a decentralized structure of independent entities that are directly or indirectly involved in the UniDAG project. Subjects are legal entities or individuals. From the perspective of the ecosystem, all subjects are equal and separated by other criteria. It is possible to draw a direct analogy between the structure of the ecosystem and the decentralization frameworks of UniDAG, namely, a clear division between actors regarding their roles, responsibilities and a zone of personal responsibility. Next we will consider the differentiation according to the selected criteria.

All participating ecosystem subjects are included in 2 general groups:

Active participants. This definition refers to all subjects of the ecosystem directly or indirectly involved in the development, support and sale of products or services under the UniDAG project.
Users. All subjects of the ecosystem, either directly or indirectly using the products or services of the project.

Ecosystem users are not structural members of the project, therefore they are not subject to mandatory registration and accounting in one form or another, except for certain cases (for example, to use the decentralized cryptocurrency application UniDAG).

At the same time, depending on the role of the active participant within the ecosystem, they must be provided with the personal and / or official data that correspond to the project rules, international law and state legislation.

Active participants are divided into conditional groups according to their role in the project. It should be noted that subjects can move from group to group, but can’t be in several groups at the same time. Belonging to one group or another is determined primarily by the personal choice of the subject and the generally accepted social and legal norms.

Let us consider in more detail each of the above groups.

Consortium UniDAG is a union of independent commercial enterprises and organizations officially registered and possessing all necessary permits, licenses, etc. to conduct their activities. The Consortium is one entity from both a legal and an ecosystem perspective and is collectively responsible for its actions or inaction under the rules of the project and international law.

The current member of the Consortium is an officially registered member (commercial company / organization) of the UniDAG Consortium. It is an independent entity and bears full responsibility both within the framework of the Consortium’s charter, and within the framework of international and local legislation.

A candidate for Consortium is a commercial company / organization that has officially declared its desire to become a member of a Consortium and has fulfilled the requirements specified in the charter of the Consortium.

Project partners are independent legal entities or individuals or a group of persons directly or indirectly involved in the development, support and sale of products and services of the UniDAG project. Regardless of the actual nature of the person, is one subject from the point of view of the ecosystem (that is, one person is equated to a group, company / organization).

Internal partners — an individual or a legal entity or a group of persons publicly accepted by the majority of active participants as an equal partner and directly or indirectly involved in the development, support and sale of products and services of the UniDAG project alone or in cooperation with other active participants.

The administrator is an internal partner of the UniDAG project, directly or indirectly involved in a wide range of development, support and sales of UniDAG products and services. (Example: person / group of persons responsible for conducting a bounty campaign at # 2 of the Roadmap Stage).

The specialist is an internal partner of the UniDAG project, directly or indirectly involved in the narrow spectrum of development, support and sale of products and services of the UniDAG project. (Example: person / group of persons responsible for conducting a bounty campaign in the direction of “Facebook”).

Note: Keep in mind that both administrators and specialists are independent, equivalent and equal subjects of the ecosystem, and not subordinates to each other. The level of their interaction is determined at the interpersonal / professional level, and is not subordinate.

External partner is a natural or legal person or a group of people not publicly accepted by the majority of active participants as an equal partner and directly or indirectly involved in the development, support and sale of goods and services of the UniDAG project independently or in cooperation with other active participants (Example: outsourcing company, which is developing a piece of software code for one or more active participants in the project).
