Description of tables representing the project development
CustomCoin Platform presents visualization of its main future steps. The tables below illustrate how our project will function. The tables are an additional explanation to the white paper of the project and include the main functions of the platform.
Table 1. Interaction Between Contractor and Customer
Customers and contractors register on the website of our platform. The customer places an advertisement for construction work. He does not indicate prices for required work. He is waiting for price offers from contractors. The contractor registers his company on our website. He searches a suitable order and makes an offer to the customer. They agree on work performance. If the contractor does not have enough funds to fulfill the order, he applies to us, CustomCoin Platform and asks to provide a loan for building materials and salary for its employees etc. We give our consent. Three of us together sign an agreement in which the platform is a third party, the contractor’s sponsor.

The contractor or start-up asks us for a loan to perform construction work. He tells us the desired amount. In order to get a loan from us, the contractor must have min.15% of the desired loan. He has to buy out tokens of our project for this amount on crypto exchanges.
(15% of the desired amount). He must give these tokens to us. The tokens received from the contractor will be the income of the platform and will become its property. We will burn 70% of these tokens, the remaining 30% is income of the platform. After these procedures, the contractor receives a loan.

Our investors buy tokens of the project at ICO. They expect to make a profit. We list our token on crypto exchanges. After launching the platform, numerous contractors and construction startups apply to us asking for loans to enter into larger and more profitable construction orders. We give them loans in exchange for buying tokens from crypto exchanges. We basically burn the received tokens and we sell 30% on exchanges to cover financial costs. This leads to the decrease of the number of tokens on exchanges and with the same capitalization leads to the increase in the token price. The estimated growth of the token for a year is 50–120%. It is worth being a holder of our coin. The platform provides much higher interest rates than a bank.

We started with the utility token concept. This is an internal token of the platform giving the right to receive profit from sale, but not giving profit to the platform. We review our approach and now we consider our token as a share and offer a lot in the platform profit.
TOKEN HOLDERS WILL MARK A PRICE THAT IS MINIMUM 1.5 TIMES HIGHER THAN ON SALE (50% higher). And at such a low price, tokens will be redeemed by interested users who want to get a loan. In addition, the platform will use KYC for its investors to protect their investments. Before the start of Sale, the platform will completely switch to security token.
Table 5. Crypto Bank CustomCoin Platform
During the next year the platform will develop and strive to fulfill its challenges. Namely, the creation of a crypto bank, first for construction companies and then for any other business. For this purpose, during the year, our programmers will additionally develop Swiss StableCoin CHFT. It will be Swiss correspondence to USDT. And it will be directly tied to a franc. The platform will have an opportunity to exchange CHFT to CHF and vice versa. The platform users will be able to invest their money in CustomCoin and withdraw them at any time through CHFT to CHF (to a bank account or Paypal). When a client buys coins Smart Contract CHFT will create the required number of tokens corresponding to the number of paid CHF and thus burn coins (CHFT) when withdrawing funds to fiat. Moreover, you will also be able to cash out any other cryptocurrencies since CHFT will also be listed on the exchanges.
