GOODS DIGITAL PASSPORT(GDP):ICO REVIEW AND DETAILS
The black market of stolen and counterfeit goods costs producers and consumers more than 4 trillion a year, and also causes irreparable damage to brands and contributes to the growth of crime. All this is due to lack of information.
The technology of blocking implies the possibility of low-cost tracking of the history of all products, and therefore no one else will have to buy a counterfeit or stolen product.
Vision of the project concerning the future of the goods"Goods Digital Passport" (GDP) is the beginning of a system that not only will have a significant impact on the volume of counterfeit goods, but will also allow consumers to understand the goods they are buying.
The project produces a whole range of applications, using which consumers can not only store their goods with the help of the "Digital Passport of Goods", but also track its value using an online wallet.
The platform enables consumers to share their wallet, proving ownership and checking its volume for insurance purposes, which speeds up the filing process.
The platform will directly provide excluding intermediaries insurance rates, proof of ownership of the goods and its exact volumes for insurance companies and comparison sites.
It is planned to provide information on prices and discounts in real time, and at the same time, people will be able to sell their things directly on the platform. For digital passports of goods, block-technology is used, which instantly gives the necessary information about the product.
On the other side of the spending is income. Income earned by all the factors of production in an economy includes the wages paid to labor, the rent earned by land, the return on capital in the form of interest, as well as an entrepreneur’s profits. An entrepreneur’s profits could further be invested in his own business or it could be an investment in any outside business.
All this constitutes national income (NI), which is used both as an indicator of implied productivity and of implied expenditure. In addition, the income approach further adds items that don’t show up in these payments made to factors of production. This includes some taxes — such as sales taxes and property taxes; and depreciation of business assets.Another adjustment can made for foreign payments made to a country’s citizens, which is domestic income.
The difference between this and payments made to foreigners, provides a net foreign factor income (FFI).With this approach, the GDP of a country is calculated as its national income (NI) plus its indirect business taxes and depreciation, as well as its net foreign factor income (FFI). GDP calculated in this way — incorporating income received from overseas — is also referred to as gross domestic income (GDI), or as gross national income (GNI).
GDP is an Erc20 tken which can be purchased through ICO or can be traded later on n in most of the major echanges. The Gdpassport is the start of an eco-system, which will not only look to have a significant impact on counterfeit goods but will allow consumers to understand the products they purchase.
Utilizing the company suite of applications, consumers will not only be able to store their products using Goods Digital Passport but also keep track of their collective value using an online wallet.
It allows consumers to share their wallet, proving proof of ownership and verifying its value for insurance needs, which will help to speed up claims processes. It will help generate vital footfall into brands’ stores by allowing post registration of products from verified outlets.
They are also planning on offering a white label function, so brands can incorporate company service directly and efficiently into their own direct-to-consumer paths.
For manufacturers and agentsAfter registration, manufacturers and their authorized agents can quickly and easily add goods using a secure application interface or through a web portal.
Authorized manufacturers and retailers will also be able to register authorized agents for issuing GDP on their own behalf for new or existing products.
Download information on product groups or separately for each item using an API or a web portal.
Each loaded element automatically generates a unique GDP with its own QR code, which links it to that element.
For retailersRetailers will be able to choose: either to scan the QR code of the item to the system when they receive the goods in the warehouse (thereby helping to protect themselves from theft from the warehouse) or to scan the goods at the point of sale. The "Retailer" application will register the date and price of the product sale and the customer's e-mail address. This system works regardless of whether the product is sold through the Internet or in a regular store. In the future, the Retailer application can also be used to send requests to manufacturers for the next shipment of products, which makes the system more efficient for all participants.
Every time a customer purchases goods with GDP, the seller registers it as the owner of this product. Then the client can download the free application, verify the authenticity of the product and make sure that its own data is accurate and up-to-date. You can download and install the app on both Google Play and the App Store.
You can scan the QR code for product authentication using a mobile application. The app will show you information about the product: where it was manufactured, when, by whom etc.
