YouToken is a blockchain-based crowdfunding platform that converts human intelligence into a financial asset (token). We help investors and entrepreneurs establish connection via crypto tokens. Entrepreneurs can “sell themselves” and their ideas on YouToken while investors can buy “human intelligence” on our marketplace.
Again, YouToken is a unique platform that allows people to convert human intelligence into a financial asset (a token). YouToken helps entrepreneurs apply the power of ICO and raise funds for their ideas/projects.
Human intelligence has a value just like any other financial asset (currencies, stocks, bonds, etc.). On the YouToken platform, an investor can contribute money to entrepreneurs’ creative ideas in a fashion similar to the way he/she can invest in stocks on the stock market.
We take people’s creative ideas and commitments and convert them into tokens.

An investor can invest in an entrepreneur's creative idea just like one would invest in a company on the stock market.
• Donation: Investors who believe in the potential of an entrepreneur have an opportunity to purchase creator tokens (YTN_creatorname). This type of smart contract is perfect for investors who want to capitalize on an entrepreneur's long-term potential.
• Debt: This involves borrowing money to be repaid, plus interest. As an investor, you can lend money to an entrepreneur in exchange for his/her creator tokens (YTN_creatorname), plus interest. A lender is entitled only to the repayment of the agreed-upon principal of the loan, plus interest. A lender has no direct claim on future profits of the business
• Revenue share: This involves raising money by sharing revenues in a business. As an investor, you can contribute money to a specific entrepreneur’s project in exchange for creator tokens (YTN_creatorname) and revenue share in the project. Once the project begins generating revenues, you, as the investor, receive your revenue share.
• Equity: Equity involves raising money by selling interests in a company. As an investor, you can contribute money to someone’s project that was built by using blockchain technology. As the project grows, you get paid simply for owning the business's share. In addition, you participate in the core decision-making processes that define the future of the project.
The platform introduces users to a new financial asset – “Human Intelligence”. The platform allows any user to “sell themselves” in a form of a personal token (YTN_creatorname) in exchange for receiving financial support.
YouToken(YTN)-The Transparency
Someone has been a loyal Apple user since the Apple II first hit shelves in 1977. Fast forward 40 years and Apple is still making amazing products in 2017. However, Billy decided to ditch his Apple support for a competitor. It wasn’t because the product itself was bad. It was because Billy felt betrayed by the company he’s grown to love. If you recall, Apple got in some trouble in 2017 for hiding a key element from their users. It turn’s out the company has been purposely the slowing down the performance of older iPhones in order to compensate for the effect of old batteries.
It’s not the act itself that caused such an uproar but the fact they didn’t tell their users until someone finally caught them. If they were transparent from the beginning, they would be in a much better position right now. YouToken makes a huge effort to fill in its users of even the smallest additions and changes to our project. We don’t want anyone to feel left out. As a user of our platform, you are like an employee here so you deserve to know the ins and outs of the operation.

There are three project stages:
Crowdsale – raising funds for the project
Production – funds are raised and the entrepreneur starts developing their project
Existence – the project is developed and business processes are launched.
Vault is a programmatic storage that stores funds for the “Production” stage of a project.
Token Sale Details
YTN TOKEN
The total value of the YouToken platform is represented by YTN tokens. YTN price The YTN token price depends on both the quality and quantity of entrepreneurs registered on the YouToken platform.

Yx – price of YTN_creatorname tokens
Nx – total YTN_creatorname tokens distribution
YTN_ creatorname tokens can be minted only when a new entrepreneur joins the platform and creates their first project. The total number of YTN_creatorname tokens is limited by 1,000,000,000. Each project of an entrepreneur receives a certain amount of YTN_creatorname tokens once the goal for their project is set. This same token is also used for any additional project they wish to create.

PRICE: 1 YTN = $0.10
We currently accept ETH and Fiat money. On the day that we begin the token sale, we will set the exchange rate, YTN/ETH, on our website.

If this goal is not met, all funds will be returned

All unsold tokens will be distributed during “DAICO” stage
