RealtyReturns - Market Real Estate Cross-Border Blockchain

How that works
RealtyReturns is building a security token with a decentralized compliance protocol to create industry standards for how asset-based tokens are issued and traded on blockchain. The Returns Token is an open-source ERC-20 token on the Ethereum blockchain. What we build is a compliant way that asset-backed tokens can be traded on every ERC-20 platform.

Using the token
RealtyReturns will issue two types of tokens:
Access Token: This is a membership token that allows dividend payment, at ETH, the Return Token must be held by the same account. This limited edition ERC-20 token is designed to support our initial members through it through all dividends without charging transaction fees (i.e., 0% fee). Access tokens can be sold or transferred to other members. Access tokens will be offered as part of the preICO / ICO
This Token Return: ERC-20 Token will be supported by physical real estate. each token is connected to a specofic property and can be sold at the exchange of security tokens for liquidity.

The sales of
our Tokens will sell nearly 1.2 billion (1,200,000,000) access tokens connected through smart contracts.
Up to 150 million Membership tokens will be created and sold through smart contracts during Crowd-sale.
20% of the total membership tokens will be created and held by Realtyreturns treasury, 10% will be for advisors, influencers, team members, brand ambassadors, mass adoption projects, and 10% incentives will be allocated to founders and will be charged to the vesting period.
Maximum limit: $ 55 million - if sales reach a close, sales will be closed
