Had a great day yesterday with an amazing group of people.
Empowerment can come in many forms and as a fitness and lifestyle coach I firmly believe that intent, action and experiences are the best way to discover yourself and to encourage changes in perception of self. So many 'I can'ts' turned into 'I cans and I did'.
That energy converts to new you possibilities.
Repeat the things that make you better.
Put yourself into the environment which feeds your potential, physically and mentally.
Later in the year we have Tough Mudder and Bali where we will be doing a series of new challenges and lifestyle enhancement activities.
Keep moving forward, there is nothing behind you but lessons.
