These are beautiful sunflowers at a country farm in Bumpass, VA. They also have sunflowers in Russia I see too! I wonder if they are the exact same kind of sunflower. They are beautiful and also nutritious!
Sunflower Seeds make a wonderful snack to eat. They are very rich in Vitamin E, Copper and Vitamin B.
they also taste great! They are a beautiful flower and I love going into the country and picking them at sunflower farms. They give them away for free on the side of the country road. I am curious how the sunflowers in Russia look? They get so tall here in the USA, towering over me! They are indeed a beautiful flower!

I love the fresh air in the country! The air is much different in the city. I live in the city of Richmond, VA. in the USA. I still visit Lake Anna, VA. These sunflowers were taken on the way to the lake. I stopped in Bumpass, VA. on the side of a country road, a farmer had them with a sign FREE. I cut a bunch! They are lovely flowers!

The morning sun reflection shimmering beams of light on top the lake, it is such a peaceful place to be. The silence and sounds of morning time nature are beautiful to listen to.
