This famous delicious recipe of the famous chef in Israel for the first time about 10 years ago comes from the two hands; and San Shakhtar Eyal Segal. This is their special recipe. You can add your own special herbs and spices in the making, please feel free to add into your mix freely.
1 medium fresh white cauliflower (the leaves covered with tightly packed flowers and Yesil are the ones you can choose.)
3 tbsp olive oil
Fresh herbs (parsley, dill or mint you can use.)
Heat the oven to 220 degrees C. Put them in a pot and fill with water 3/4 metal cauliflower.
About 10 gallons for every gr. add salt.
Close the lid and simmer on Medium, according to the size of the cauliflower and bake for 10-15 min. Empty the water.
Brush cauliflower with olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt. Put it in a baking dish, place it in the middle and caramelized on the bottom of the container until the color turns bake in the oven.
Serve at the table in the cooking container. Cauliflower crispy outer part, the inner part, the consistency of the butter should be soft. Take a spoonful of flowers and serve.
