Monochrome of curiosities of the earth without evil

Source: Family album

Good morning to all the readers of golos.io. This is my participation in "Tuesday black and white images day", for those who are striking the title, I briefly comment on why the earth without evil.

Our people are descendants of an indigenous community called "Guarani, the Guarani migrated in different directions, those who decided to come to the south, traveled with the idea of finding the land without evil, the land without evil consisted in a shady place, full to trees to build their kitchen utensils and their means of transport, the canoes

the land had to be fertile and have many mirrors of water, making references to the rivers to be able to travel, to the lagoons to give water animals and to the lakes to be able to drink healthy water, it was so they arrived at the city of currents, brought by the mighty waters of the Paraná River, when they arrived they found everything what they looked for in a single place, this is the reason my land is called The land without evil of the Guarani.

As Corrientes appreciate, we love our lands and traditions, we are very respectful of the environment and of all those around us, so we were inculcated by our ancestors, it was the Guarani who taught us and made us believe that all things were once beings humans, the river, the trees, the birds. For having been good people or having had a tragic death, the Tupa (God Guarani) rewarded them by making them material things to remain forever with their loved ones and descendants. The yacaré is a symbol of my land, this beautiful specimen that we see in the image represents us.

Corrientes artists like us are very believers of our customs and traditions, that is why they dedicate their artistic blacksmithing to create these copies with discarded materials, this work represents a very beloved and venerated bird in my province. The heron! A bird carrying good news and good omens.

This work represents the most feared feline of my land. The Yaguareté! This animal is like a tiger, it is ruthless, if by chance it crosses you on the road, it will attack you, there is no way to save you if it decides to attack you, there is no place where you can take refuge, if you climb a tree, the yaguareté climb the trees as if they were monkeys, if you enter the water, swim like ducks suirirí, if you enter a house, the doors tear with their big nails, the best thing that can happen to you, is that you never cross it.

This mystical work of art represents some of our most popular elf ElPombero! A lazy and damaging goblin, does things with double intention, is very enamored of women, young girls tries to fall in love and their husbands offer them great fortunes for their wife, is a caretaker of natural resources, if there is a hunted that kills to the animals for fun he attacks them with a big stick that he owns, the children that kill birds with their gomeras scare them, very respected in my province.

With this mystic character from my land I want to say goodbye, thank you very much for reading my writings about our traditions and beliefs.

The land without evil houses precious things!

I wish you a happy day and a prosperous week
