Balkan Scientists Soundsystem - Little Bird (Live)

One of my favorite music projects I have worked over the years is Balkan Scientists Sound System. The core of the band is a DJ playing dubplates as various musicians improvise live on top of the backing tracks. Over the years many musicians took part in this project. For a period I also participated by producing some of the backing tracks and would mix live the performances.

Unpredictable, mystical, deep and dubby vibes coming straight from the heart of the Balkans.

Little Bird is the name of this track we did back in the summer of 2013. Vocalist Gergana Dimitrova from The Mystery Of The Bulgarian Voices, kaval maestro Kostadin Genchev, and magician guitarist Ateshhan Yuseinov. On the DJ deck is the founder of the band Mihail Dimov. Atanas Rusev and I are mixing​ the whole thing as we add another dimension to the sound.
