What do we think when we hear the word "fences"? Usually we associate with security or rather with insecurity, unfortunately it is increasingly growing in all the cities of the world. I miss my city without gates! Corrientes was always characterized as a safe city, it ceased to be when the railings appeared.
Although I must admit that fences or railings are already part of our life and our surroundings, wherever you go, you will find these structures, in large supermarkets, banks, squares, bridges and our homes. In the times in which we live it is almost impossible to live if the gates, which vary according to the facade of the place where they will be used, there are hundreds of gates, as materials to build them.
The bars are usually built by hand in a blacksmith shop, ie by the hands of a professional blacksmith, the designs can come from creativity, both the blacksmith and the client, there are preexisting models that come from many years ago, which they were maintained from generation to generation until our days, in general these types of bars are more elaborate, that is where their antiquity is distinguished.
In the city of Corrientes, the common denominator is the structural fences of novel and expensive designs, in the correntino conurbano, the predominant grilles are the most modern fences, built with structural pipes with a fine finish
