Мы периодически получаем вопросы о том, как хорошо у нас защищены аккаунты пользователей в системе и доступна ли 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication). Мы рады ответить вам:
🔹20 марта мы запустили 2FA в пользовательских кабинетах мультишеринга https://app.sharpay.io/
🔸5 мая мы сделали 2FA в платежных кабинетах нашего Token Sale https://sale.sharpay.io/
Напоминаем, что на данном этапе токены пользователей, полученные за шеринг и токены, приобретенные на Token Sale технически находятся в разных независимых друг от друга аккаунтах нашей системы. После окончания Token Sale аккаунты пользователей будут объединены.
Если у вас ещё остались вопросы по поводу подключения двухфакторной аутентификации, то мы рады представить вам инструкции:
🔹Для активации 2FA в кабинете шеринга (https://app.sharpay.io/) пользователю необходимо:
— перейти в раздел "Account Security" и в разделе "Two-step authentication check"
— кликнуть по кнопке "Not active"
— после нажатия на кнопку будет показан QR-код для настройки 2FA через приложение Google Authenticator и запрошена кодовая фраза для восстановления доступа
— после добавления кода в ваше устройство, введите одноразовый пароль из GA для подтверждения
— настройка завершена.
🔸Для активации 2FA в платёжном кабинете Token Sale (https://sale.sharpay.io/) пользователю необходимо:
— перейти в свой профиль и в разделе "Two-factor Authentication" нажать кнопку "Activate"
— после нажатия на кнопку нужно будет ввести ваш пароль
— далее будет показан QR-код для настройки 2fa через приложение Google Authenticator или другое совместимое приложение
— после добавления кода в ваше устройство, введите одноразовый пароль из GA для подтверждения
— настройка завершена.
Теперь ваши аккаунты под двойной защитой! Теперь вы можете быть уверены в дополнительной безопасности и сохранности токенов!

We periodically receive the questions about the security of users’ accounts in the system and whether 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is available. We are glad to answer you:
🔹 On March 20, we launched 2FA in custom multisharing accounts https://app.sharpay.io/
🔸5 May we made 2FA in payment accounts of our Token Sale https://sale.sharpay.io/
We remind you that at this stage users’ tokens received for sharing and tokens purchased on Token Sale are technically located in different accounts of our system that are independent from each other. After the end of Token Sale user accounts will be combined.
If you still have questions about the connection of two-factor authentication, we are pleased to provide you with the instructions:
🔹To activate 2FA in the sharing account (https://app.sharpay.io/), you need:
- go to the section "Account Security" and in the section "Two-step authentication check"
- click on the button "Not active"
- after clicking on the button, the QR code will be displayed for configuring 2FA through the Google Authenticator application and a passphrase for access recovery will be requested
- after adding the code to your device, you should enter a one-time password from GA to confirm
- the setting is complete.
🔸To activate 2FA in the payment account of Token Sale (https://sale.sharpay.io/), you need:
- go to your profile and click "Activate" in the "Two-factor Authentication" section
- after clicking on the button you will need to enter your password
- next, you will see the QR code for configuring 2FA through the Google Authenticator application or another compatible application
- after adding the code to your device, enter a one-time password from GA to confirm
- the setting is complete.
Now your accounts are under double protection! Now you can be sure of additional security and safety of the tokens!
