SpringRole – Bringing Blockchain Attestation System

The main problem is the current attestation systems where reference checks are very time consuming and expensive. The involvement of third party in verification process which leads to manual process taking longer time to verify and costly. The current system is limited because of inaccurate credentials which can involve middlemen or third party where fraud risk increases. According to the statistics around 53% of all job applications contain inaccurate information.
The solution is SpringRole which come up with the idea to adding blockchain technology where user’s can view, share and verified their professional profile. The user’s profile contains three parts, they are – educational qualifications, work experiences, and skill set. Once the verification is done, the information is being uploaded on the blockchain as verified. This will solve the problem of hiring process to hire verified and trustworthy people to their organization.

Working
First, you must sign up on their SpringRole and add your profile to the platform which includes all your professional data such as educational experience, work experience and your skill sets. After submitting all the details, they verified and validate your profile via organizational attestations. This all can be done through the blockchain technology. This is a one-time verification where it can be used anytime whenever needed. SpringRole works on two factors. They are –

Crowdsourcing user’s reputation in a skill with the help of endorsements.
Verify and validate the user’s professional details with the help of organizational attestations.
