I Need your help Russia! I need to track down these scientists with their experimental device which actually weighs less when its on and spinning, its almost like it is an electro gravitic engine that may hold the keys to cheap and abundant space travel!

Here is a russian version of the Searl Effect Generator, when spinning it reduced its weight, electric anti gravity
