[Acknowledgement] - The Before The Now - Fran's Story
Fran is just like everyone else.
A normal personal seeking more from life.
A person on a journey and when she came to me for guidance she was not sure where she was heading although she knew deep down she needed to do something before her health ran out of control.
Her life depended on it.
She made the decision to commit to her health and she has been training very hard and very consistently for the last 2 years in my gym doing team training and 2 x Focus Personal training Sessions per week.
Look how far she has come!!
The pictures show the evidence of effort.
Although Fran can't see it all the time however she is one of the most dedicated athletes we have and that is purely judged via her participation, effort and the ability to show up.
People forget that this act of health and self improvement is not an event, it is not a circus act.
It is an act of respect and self worth.
When we are making big life changes it is easy to forget where we started and how far we have come.
Everything takes time and some times we just need to acknowledge what we have done to this moment.
Reflect on what was and what is now.
Fran has done an amazing job and she is continuing to succeed.
Progression is her success.
She will also tell you it has not been easy.
She will tell you it has been bloody hard, mentally and physically, however that is the price to pay to be better.
You have to want it.

She climbs mountains and does Tough Mudder with the team and has taken on her fair share of challenges and adventures.
That is what life is about.
This is what inspires people.
This is what inspires me as a coach.
It is what motivates others to do the same.
Action always brings a result.
If you are looking for more from life and more from yourself then I hope this is a kick up the butt that you all need.
Fran would tell you to do it too.
Don't take life itself for granted.
Well done Fran, keep going and charging at those goals and I look forward to the next round.
