Clearing is a financial mechanism in which the clearing company, in this case DAEX, is both the seller and buyer of an asset, thereby guaranteeing a sufficient level of liquidity for this market.

Problems
As noted earlier, centralized and decentralized types of exchange are now common.

Among the minuses of the centralized exchanges, first of all, there are risks with the storage of assets (both earlier and right now the risks of hacking the stock exchange are quite high), besides, one can not be completely sure of the honesty of the work of the exchange administration, and that at one point your funds under the pretext fictitious reasons will not be blocked for withdrawal from the account on the wallet.

Decentralized exchanges, in turn, are characterized by extremely low operating speed, and low liquidity.

After the transactions coincide on exchanges, the exchange sends information about them to the clearing service, which, in turn, performs the transaction under a smart contract.
