Introduce IAT

IAT plans to take a leading role in all aspects of real estate locally and hopefully globally to make it happen, starting with disrupting the lease and the property market and authorizing large real estate assets.
The IA Token concept aims to revolutionize the real estate industry using Blockchain technology through the development of the IAT Platform.

Funds obtained from this ICO will be used to develop IAT blockchain and asset management will be performed by our management company currently in operation. The platform will serve the Philippine market first and we want to expand to other emerging markets in Asia.

Buying, selling and renting real estate

First of all, the IAT solution is aimed at using the IAT platform and NIAT tokens to perform basic operations with real estate - purchase and sale and lease. It all starts with the fact that the owner of the premises or his agent will have to use the platform to publish an announcement about the sale (lease) of real estate, paying for such publication using NIAT tokens, and to find a buyer (tenant) among all participants of the platform.

After the counterparty for the operation with real estate is found, the transaction can be completed, after which the relevant information will be placed in the locker without the possibility of unauthorized changes. The same data can be used by other platform participants, carrying out other operations with the same real estate object or the same counterpart.

NIAT tokens can be used by the parties to implement and receive a rental payment or a payment for the purchase of a property, so payment and receipt of funds will be made instantly. Therefore, the platform can be effectively used for renting housing, renting an office or buying a room for a restaurant.

What's NIAT and why is it needed?

NIAT are ERC-20 tokens that power the IAT platform. Remember the utilities we talked about earlier on? They're all facilitated using NIAT as a currency that resides in each individual country's real estate market and will be pegged against the country's native currency.

In other words, each country will have its own NIAT that are local token equivalent of the IA Tokens. These NIAT will not be minted on its own and can only be purchased using IA Tokens. This protects users from the volatility of IA Tokens in the cryptocurrency market.

Economic Token and Timeline

IAT will be issued through the sale of Tokens with a total supply of 4.500.000.000 Token IA. The IA Token price will be pegged to US $ 0.01 per token, ETH, and BTC will be accepted.

The token value to be sold is US $ 20 million (including Early Investor, Pre-sale and Crowd-sale) with distribution as per the table below.

The unsold IA Token (stamped at 40,000,000 Token IA) will be awarded to the charity organization and the remaining Token IA will be burned. Pre-Sales will begin in early April with a sales crowd starting on June 15, 2018.

Allocation tokens protection is targeted to increase the overall value of the company's portfolio by acquiring more assets primarily targeted at shared workspace segments. However, reserved tokens will only be released and available for use when assets acquired from the use of initial token sales funds have reached a minimum occupancy rate of 50%.
