allowing the direct payments between the "requester" and the "providers", thus solving the problems described above, increasing the liquidity of IP resources and giving the owners of IP-addresses on their own device connected to the Internet to become participants of the IPSX system, which would be impossible with a classic, private use.

The IPSX platform, being the backbone of a decentralized IP address market, is viewed from the "infrastructure-as-a-service" (IaaS) and "platform-as-a-service" (PaaS). In any case, IPSX will open up the potential by providing its own ecosystem with specially developed software,
that is being developed and will be created in addition to existing addresses.
