AUDITCHAIN Overview

For the first time in forever the reporting and disclosure framework is about to experience a total change, as a new platform, the first of its kind emerges, to stand as a solid ground for auditing, this platform is designed to bring about a continuous auditing and real time reporting system for every enterprise and also for token statistic disclosure. It has always been restricted to the internal audit enterprise, but Auditchain wants to enable enterprise to provide stakeholders and regulators with a high level of audit assurance via decentralized consensus based audit procedure which will be situated under the DCARPE Protocol.

Terms of TGE

Once the launch of DCARPE, Assurance and Disclosure Protocol, the sum of 12,500.000 additional AUDT will be removed yearly in connection with rewards. The amount of the yearly rewards are often approximated and depends wholly on actual block times.

Terms of Airdrops

What will be included in the "Proof of HODL" Airdrop will be a drop of up to the total of 45,000,000 AUDT token, all in 4 (four) various airdrop for early adopters over the course of the one year period right after the final phase of Auditchain IEO

Features of Auditchain Airdrop

A users wallet address must contain the balance of AUDT tokens at the Auditchain snapshot.

The balance of AUDT tokens that is collected in each wallet address must be in all ways identical in state or contains a higher quantity for each of the successive blocks right after the snapshot.

NB: No AUDT may be removed from its original place, or transferred at any time from the Wallet address. Each block will be audited to ascertain that no movement of any AUDT took place between the snapshot block and the airdrop. Whenever a movement takes place it results to disqualification of that address for that particular Airdrop.

Smart contracts

There will be a development of an open source library of smart contracts, it will contain the implementation of GAAP,IFRS, and Government Accounting and Audit sTANDARD "GAAS", there will also be an accounting treatment protocol and jurisdictional tax treatment protocol for all transactions carried out by the enterprise.
