Tell me what do you want from life, and that shall become the paramount of your very existence.
This is kind of a bitching hard question, because you as well can change tomorrow or very next moment change your opinion. Human nature is changeable, like a moody weather - the only thing permanent are the God and ones passion.
The other thing is, whatever you claim to be your highest heart's desire, might come forward as plain. Do you really need to worry about it? Do you think that your idea or ideas are as good and as desirable as anyone else?
The people who complain will smirk at you the same for the most noble causes and the most modest options you partake. So, does it really matter? Absolutely not. Unless you are the morally ignited orthodox idiot conforming with the rules no matter how mundane and irrelevant.
What is your standard? What do you want from life? For yourself! Not for others and for your family. Forget goals like I want to have huge house and big sack of money, and job that provides me with comfortable existence.... Forget all that shallowness. Tell you what do you want for yourself from this very reality, your life, your time on this world.
Your house, your money and your job - you will not take it with you and they can't take you anywhere beyond material security. Your family, your friends, your children ... they all live their own lives, it is not your life. They have their own dreams.
Everybody crying, if you follow your dream you will end up ruined and poor. Well you know what, you can end up ruined and poor anyways. Look at the world. Do you think that people who do office jobs are happy, accomplished, they are making a change...?
What kind of a paramount of the existence is a common, boring and unaccomplished life ... It is horrible to think how many people just breath air and grudge around next meal, next rent, next salary ... If majority needs to fret, suffer, die young and struggle to assure base existence to themselves ... we have a really low percentage of success as a specie.
