Yeah I've register On Golos, Wrote First Post And Bought Some Golos!

It isn't easy process.
With your initial golos power you cannot write posts.

I've got to buy Bitcoin first transfer it to Bittrex, buy GOLOS and than after some configurations transfer it here.

I think I will have to learn some russian language to find myself here :D
