This is a decentralized network that allows you to directly sell games from the seller to the buyer, bypassing the intermediary corporation that wants its share of the cost. This allows you to significantly reduce the price of games, which, of course, will attract more people to purchase licensed copies and lead to a reduction in piracy. Blockchain technology is used not only to track the owners of tokens but also to track owners of licensed copies of games.
Yumerium technology in games
The Yumerium SDK is written for implementation in various popular game engines and is designed to enable developers to create new games that support Yumerium technology. At present, the Yumerium module for the Unity game engine is already developed, on which a lot of indie games are created, a module for the Unreal engine is under development. The module allows players to create their own achievements: in certain forums related to the Yumerium community, a team of players can vote for creating a new achievement, and if the majority expresses their opinion, the achievement will be implemented.
