Crypto world is unregulated, decentralized world, which has many advantages, but they come with issues too. Issues are mostly related to regulations, since there is no need for crypto companies to have many licenses, and that is causing trust issues between companies and their investors. Some of crypto companies apply for licenses, through their business process, and some regulators recognize these companies, which is needed for mass adoption. Of course, regulation decrease the anonymity, that is highly valuable for crypto investors, but increase safety of their funds.

There is gap in verification process, that needs to be filled-in, and there are already proposals for solution for this gap to close. BillCrypt https://www.billcrypt.io/ is a company that proposes a solution for this issue, that is consisted from Blockchain representation and Virtual image Part. Blockchain representation will be created by companies that want to represent themselves on the blockchain, and they will display all relevant information regarding their business, turnover, processes and similar, based on which Investor would be able to make informative decision. Plan is to decrease time needed for analysis and finding of all necessary data, because all of these will be placed on one place on the blockchain. Virtual image Page will be formed based on information provided in Blockchain representation, and it will be divided into parts, that will form the broad picture, with the same acronym, ViP – Virtual image Part. Parts will be assigned with values, that will depend on their rating and status.

It is foreseen that this global ecosystem will increase safety of investment and provide trust for participants. As well, users will be able to monetize their reputation and status, through provision of reliable information to all parties included in the process, which will raise the percent of good and informative decisions.

It is a graphical representation that is easy to use and understand, and users will be able to have quick analysis for all companies represented in the ecosystem, which could increase possibility for collective investments, based on Blockchain representation.

BILC, which is BillCrypt token symbol, is an ERC20 token, emission of 152 million is foreseen, and deflationary financial model is implemented, to protect token value by burning of tokens. BILC token provide unlimited access to BillCrypt platform. ITO is in progress and aims to collect enough money for five year development plan. Sale price is 0.005 ETH, and soft cap aim for 50000 ETH (already reached), while hard cap aims for 400000 ETH. ICO end is foreseen for 30th September, if all coins are not sold earlier.
