Cook a Delicious 3 Egg Seafood Omelette!
This is a pretty healthy omelette! With fresh mushrooms, herbs,onions and crabmeat sets it off for a big meal in itself! You could even eat this for dinner! You will need a small pan for eggs or an omelette pan would be even better! A nice big spatula is needed as well. You want to beat the 3 eggs for about a minute to make them fluffy and heat the pan in on medium high at the same time. Then add a tablespoon of real butter onto the hot non stick pan. This will make sure nothing sticks! As soon as the butter melt then add the 3 eggs to the pan. You can push the eggs just a little to the center once it starts to cook. Lower your heat to low- medium as to not burn the egg while waiting for it to cook so you can flip it! Once a minute and a half or so is gone by then it will be ready to flip the eggs. As soon as it's cooked enough then flip it with the help of the pan and take it off the heat then as you need to add the cheese and toppings prepared below. Then another layer of cheese and your done. You might need to cook it on low medium just for about 30 seconds to a minute to melt the cheese and then your all set. Just use the spatula and pan tilted to get it out and fold over the top.
Crab meat Filling:
I use imitation gluten free crab meat
3 Green onions
1/2 small onion chopped
1/2 cup portabella local mushrooms
salt, pepper to taste
Minced fresh rosemary, parsely
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. tumeric
Cook all the ingredients onions first in about 2 spoons of butter and a little olive oil, then add mushrooms once onions are clear, then crab meat and spices......
Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese was used on top!
Cage Free Eggs are the way to go! They are so much better than the other eggs and are GMO free!
