CEX.IO exchange was established in 2013 as the first cloud mining provider but in 2016 they have changed their direction. Today it is a multi-functional cryptocurrency exchange with more than 3 million users.
On CEX.IO exchange traders can trade and exchange crypto to fiat. There are 6 cryptocurrencies — Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold, Ethereum, Zcash, Dash and 4 fiat — EUR, USD, GBP, RUB. 27 currency pairs are available, daily trading volume — more than 700 BTC.
Trading commission for Taker and Maker differs and depends on monthly trading volume as well. For Taker commission varies from 0,10% to 0,25% and for Maker — 0-0,16%.

Simple registration
The registration process is pretty straightforward, you get an email with a confirmation link to verify your account. You can log in via social networks - Facebook or Vkontakte.
In order to use all the features of the exchange, you need to pass an account verification using your passport or driver’s license. In this case, you need to specify the address of registration and attach a scan of the document you filled in the application for verification with.

Easy to withdraw and deposit
You can withdraw funds from the exchange or deposit through Visa and MasterCard bank cards, electronic wallets, SWIFT, SEPA and Crypto Capital systems. To withdraw money, the user needs to go through account verification.

The exchange takes a commission of 2.99% for depositing fiat via bank cards. For a withdrawal to a card or bank transfer - each currency has its own commission.
Commissions for withdrawal and depositing on CEX.IO
On Payment Options page you can check daily and monthly limit for depositing and withdrawing fiat. Each fiat currency has its own limit and depends on the account type: Identity — bank cards verified, Address — passport data, Enhanced — premium account, Corporate — corporate account.
For example, for Identity accounts the deposit and withdrawal limits in USD are as follows:
per month — $3 thousand, per day — $1 thousand.
If it is RUB the limit is 180 thousand RUB per month, 60 thousand RUB per day.
And there are no limits if you deposit and withdraw in cryptocurrency.
If the user has not passed the verification of the account, the withdrawal of funds from the balance is not available in the first 48 hours after creating an account on the exchange. The withdrawal of funds from each account is processed within 20 days. 10 successful transactions are allowed daily.
Security
User accounts are protected by Google’s two-factor authentication. You can also protect your account by confirming your login by SMS or phone call. In the profile, you can see the history of all logins in the account on the exchange.
