Dear friends!

Although I live in Russia and hold yoga classes in Moscow, this blog will be mostly in English. That decision came to me, when I thought about yoga classes for foreign students and visitors. I love yoga! I love yoga-practice. What if I go to some other country? I would try to find yoga-classes or a place where I could do Hatha and Pranayama of course -)

And for the foreigners situation is quite the same..) Not a secret that English is a world-wide spoken language. That's why one from any other country may stay in Moscow and try to find out where he or she could go for a yoga lesson in English. I fond of my yoga school, which is International Open Yoga University, because it started masterclasses for yoga instructors teaching them to hold yoga lessons in English recently. I hope I could start my own English yoga group quite soon, too ))

In this blog I'm going to talk about my (yoga)life, positive moments, different aspects of yoga theory and practice. I'll be glad if you like such things too =)
