Talao project review

Salute, my friends! Today we're looking at the project to turn online work upside down. Distance work and freelance are extremely progressive spheres all around the world. Talao attracts with its modernity and incredible openings. That's why I'm making this review.

What is Talao

The first completely decentralized service for employers and freelancers relations. It includes all the popular freelance exchanges functions and even more.

What problems the project solves

1) High fees. For most exchanges 10-15% is considered a normal fee. It makes people start doubtful deals just to earn more. Talao doesn't have fees, because the system is not controlled by anyone, and the computer programm does not need money;
2) The arbitrage prefers an employer's opinion, cause he brings money to exchanges. This problem is solved by decentralization - in this case nobody has advantage.

How Talao works

Interested people buy tokens (for getting access), create a profile, provide documents, describing. Then connect to other users to offer partnership. If both of them agree, they start cooperating. In case of successful cooperation it ends with it. But sometimes thing go wrong, so the developers predict different kinds of scenarios and add functions for solving problems quickly. Confidentiality is based on FCR (Fully Certified Resume). It means that users provide their information and confirm it with documents. If all the information is gone - the FCR = 0%. If they provide everything - 100%. The list of documents: location, phone number, e-mail, diploma, proficiency training, experience, skills, languages. This approach lets users estimate one another.

The certification goes like this (example): a freelancer applies for his talent certification. Random certified in this sphere users are to check and create test tasks. Then they make a conclusion. In the same way they check the complaints about users. If a user doesn't go through the task he loses reputation. If he does - he gains reputation.

Users are divided into types:
- Freelancer (talent's bearer);
- Communities (independent or private);
- Client (customer)
- Third men.

Freelancers divide into types:
- Traditional (without steady job, random projects are primary job for them);
- Diversified (they combine a steady job and freelance);
- Moonlight (they have a full-time job, but work at nights or in free time);
- Pensioner (usually experienced people who want to share their experience).

ICO Terms

- Minimal investment: 100 ETH;
- Price: 1000 TALAO=1 ETH;
- Soft cap: $5 million;
- Hard cap: $20 million.
Only identified users are allowed to participate.
Forbidden for: the USA and the countries where TALAO tokens are forbidden.

Advantages:

1) Confidentiality. Protected storage with documents available for certain people;
2) 0% fees;
3) Equality and fairness;
4) Clarity;
5) Possibility of fiat or cryptocurrency;
6) Profiles are confirmed or anonymous if necessary;
