What Are The Main Differences Between Golos And Steemit?

I'm quite active in Steemit form more than 4 months now. I'm also a witness there and run a seed node. I've been one of the first people to sign up for Golos, when it opened, last year.

I am happy to see more activity here and things seem to go in the right direction.

I am curious to know your opinion about the differences between Golos and Steemit. Is it a different economical mechanism? In Golos there is gold, in Steemit there is SBD. Are there any differences at the blockchain level? Transaction fees? General topics discussed?

I really want to know your opinions about that. Thank you!
