What does Unibright offer?

The manager selects the "Negotiate sides" and "Project management" templates. Then visually creates selection criteria for candidates, additional data. Automatically creates a smart contract that contains all the necessary information.

The generated smart adapter connects it to the company's existing EPR system. Next, an automatic workflow is started that takes on some of the manager's and assistant's functions: it checks candidates according to the specified requirements, makes the necessary additional data requests using the given algorithm - selects candidates and sends them a refusal or an invitation for an interview. The manager tracks the whole process of hiring through the Unibright Explorer.

Unibright is not only a platform for business integration, but also applications to it. Business integration in recent decades has resorted to different IT technologies: Рoint-to-Point, middleware, cloud, block.

Unibright can become a new word in the process of connecting business integration, blocking technology among themselves. The possibilities of the functional coverage of Unibright by certain parameters in comparison with previous technologies are shown in the diagram below.

Unibright is loyal to all systems of previous generations, is able to interact with them and with EPR-systems. Companies that will use the Unibright platform may not worry about the degree of confidentiality of information, the reliability of third parties and intermediaries, the company itself fully controls the information used.

At the moment, Unibright is connected to the Ethereum environment, uses the library web3.js to communicate with the local node (node) of the block system. In the future, developers are planning to add to the infrastructure other blocking technologies that are significant in the IT market.

Command

Unibright IT UG is registered in Germany and was founded by two old friends, Martin Young and Stefan Schmidt. They are experienced professionals in the field of programming solutions for business automation.

Martin Jung is the CEO of the company. Master of Computer Science, more than 20 years engaged in modeling business processes and programming in related fields. Expert in working with SAP. The general director of the software development firm is on the board of directors of the international consulting company SPO Consulting GmbH, whose clients are Samsung, Lufthansa, Siemens and Shell.

Stefan Schmidt is the technical director of Unibright. His experience in many respects overlaps with the career of Jung: the partners graduated from the same university and worked in related fields. Schmidt is a professional programmer who is familiar with the work of software packages for business from the inside, starting with the server infrastructure for data processing and ending with user interfaces.

In total, the project team includes 7 people, among which there are also 3 developers, a marketer and a program tester. Each of them has at least 12 years of experience in projects related to the provision of software solutions for business.
