OPU LABS: SKINCARE SOLUTIONS, POWERED BY BLOCKCHAIN

I believe everyone knows at least one person who has skin problems or is even plagued by a particular skin infection around them; ranging from pimples to acne and even fungi and viral infections.
Blockchain has gained huge acceptance in recent years, and a lot of companies, businesses and emerging projects are leveraging on this decentralized, next generation technology to drive their ideas to the next level.
I have been an ardent follower of blockchain, cryptocurrrencies and crypto powered projects for about 3 years now, and there’s this unique, ground breaking project I'll like to share with you. It is the Opu Labs project.

PROBLEM THAT GAVE BIRTH TO THE OPU LABS PROJECT?
When last did you try scheduling an appointment with a dermatologist? Do you remember the frustration of waiting weeks to get a consultation; and the expense? Now, do you know so many people spend years trying different products, struggling to find something that matches their individual skincare needs. And in the process of trying, they end up worsening the already bad condition. This is usually because everybody's skin is different, and there’s the need for professional observation before choosing products for our skins. Opu directly tackles these frustrations by creating a secure community where consumers can discuss their skin concerns with trusted professionals and get customized guidance.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Users take a photo of their face, which is analyzed by Opu’s native AI system that is being trained by Opu’s team of dermatologists. The results are then matched to high quality products and programs which are designed by experts based on the skincare goals set by each individual. Each user can then choose either self-guided programs or connect online with their personal dermatologist and/or skincare advisor who guides them along their journey.

OPU WITH THE BLOCKCHAIN .
The Blockchain technology has so many benefits over the traditional financial system. It is secure, transparent and also fair. The Opu Labs rightly chose this technology as the one to build its framework on. It will be based on the Ethereum Blockchain. The security of the Blockchain will ensure that all information collected from users will be confidential and only shared between the parties on an opt-in basis. Only if the owner agrees to it.

THE OPU TOKEN (OPU)
This is the cryptographic token that will be used as the primary payment medium on the Opu Labs platform. Users, employees, and skincare professionals can earn Opu Coins when they complete certain tasks, such as completing their profile or setting goals.
