The text says "I have seen a fox fairy today."
Huli jing (狐狸精) literally means "fox fairy". In Chinese folklore, when a fox lives long enough it can become one of these fairies. It can then shapeshift into attractive women and seduce men. They can be good or evil spirits; in some stories they help their lovers, usually those taking parts in the Imperial Exams to become an officer, but in others they would end up consuming their victims.
In modern usage, 狐狸精 may refer to an attractive woman in a pejorative way; for example, a woman that found out her husband is cheating may refer to the mistress as a 狐狸精.
