15% pay rise hits civil servants’ accounts

A pay rise which was agreed on in August 2016 has now taken effect in Ghana, bringing smiles to the faces of civil servants across the country. The 15% rise is to help workers in this trying times of coronavirus where prices of foodstuffs have shot up. Staff of the civil service and local government service workers are to benefit from this salary increment.
