Africa’s public debt levels are worrying, Central Banks warn

Governors across Central Banks in Africa are complaining about the dept levels of African countries. African governments have also been admonished by the International Monetary Fund about the high debts. About 40% of African governments have difficulties paying of debts, but they are still borrowing.
