Almost 100% tax revenue used for salaries, interest payment on debt – IMF

The International Monetary Fund has said that close to 100% of tax revenue generated in Ghana is used to pay off debts and salaries. Dr. Albert Touna Mama IMF Country Director for Ghana says Ghana is overborrowing which is the major problem of the country.
