DogData is a multi-layered network with a major focus on delivering the best experience to dog owners and their dogs. The project will utilise various frameworks to create features that will make this goal a reality.
DogData company is focused on providing the most comprehensive data registry for all kind/breed of dogs. Part of the value offering of the company is to leverage blockchain technology to create a decentralised record for breed details and DNA information about dogs.
DogData team has identified that the existing services and infrastructure offered by centralised pet health companies are not diversified enough; with dog owners facing many challanges. Some of which are listed below.
- lack of unity among all dog owners.
- There is no detailed and comprehensive registry for dog data: No real platform that register dog data and information
- Most of the existing information and data about dogs are incomplete or untrustworthy
- The existing data records about dog DNA and breeding information are not digitalised; hence can not be traced
- Lack of required facility to utilise big data gotten from dog breed researches.
- There is no decentralised vaccination program aimed to promote dog health
- No platform for dog owners to interact and share dog data and information about breeding and selection choices
DogData team created a dual token system. The project has an EtherBone token — ETHBNT (which are electronic form of the typical discount coupon used by many industries in many countries) and EtherBone coin — ETHBN (which are the ERC 20 transferable cryptocurrency that are readable in exchanges and marketplaces). ETHBN coin is an ERC20 token which provide access to the DogData platform and is the native coin that drives the DogData ecosystem.
