What is Spindle?

Spindle is an investment/asset management platform with unalterable and extremely transparent information based on blockchain technology and intelligent contracts.

Problem:

First, our announcement of legal interpretation in Japan sparked controversies in Japanese society, and a month later the Japanese government intervened on various issues, including the disappearance of NEM at a major Japanese virtua exchange, Coincheck, and on other system-related issues at cryptocurrency exchanges. In WP1.3-1.1, SPINDLE suggests the tightening of regulations in Japan, where cryptocurrency transactions are most active. In WP2.0, we will describe our visions for and stance towards the emerging changes in the circumstances surrounding virtual currencies, while describing and supplementing the technical aspects of and visions for SPINDLE that were not disclosed in WP.

How It Works

It records the plans, background and performance of the operator using blockchain technology, so that consumers can judge the investment possibilities on the basis of data that cannot be falsified. In addition, your clients will make direct investments using the Spindle currency , so that no one can intervene in the investment process. These investments will immediately be registered in a blockchain with intelligent contract technology, so that the relationship between investors and asset managers will be created on equal terms, without the need for banks or conventional securities companies to act as intermediaries.For this reason, the SPINDLE working group has launched the SPINDLE platform, a ZETA initiative.
ZETA's specific objectives are as follows:1 . A transparent and free investment and asset management platform.

In order to create an autonomous human being, ZETA aims to create a transparent and fair platform that enables more people to enjoy a rich life by managing investments/assets.

2 . Credit Rating Automation

Centralized country-based and large corporate credit rating platforms already existed in 2018. Following Sesame Credit developed by Ant Financial Services Group, the Chinese corporation is building a unique credit rating system. In the U.S., the highest central authority calculates the credit score for the FICO score.
ZETA's objectives include the automation of the credit rating system, i.e. the automation of credit rating by means of autonomous human beings. Unrestricted credit scoring information with no room for arbitrary authority interference makes great data very appealing in the virtual currency economy.
3 . Decentralized Post Fundamentalism.
Today, with Blockchain technology in their hands, human beings can easily create an architectural layout. On the other hand, so-called decentralized fundamentalists and others have begun to believe in decentralization itself. The ideal of SPINDLE is not to turn everything into distributed and decentralized structures, but to create autonomous human beings.
On the other hand, the excessive promotion of distributed architecture goes against our belief. ZETA will implement many distributed architectures to realize the ideals of SPINDLE, although we still believe that real decentralization is a myth.

About the ICO

After completion of the ICO, SPINDLE will be offered on Windows, Mac, IOS and Android as an application called SPINDLE Service Application (SPA). SPD owners can use the SPA application to invest in virtual currency hedge funds around the world. SPINDLE PROTO #2 is the beta version of the SPA, and after the ICO, the SPINDLE committee will select 5-10 virtual currency hedge funds and ICO tokens will be available.
