Small and medium-sized businesses are experiencing not the best of times. Large companies continue to expand markets, capture influence, absorb small business. In general, everything is done to ensure that small and medium-sized businesses do not develop but simply exist.
I'll tell you about a team of developers, businessmen, economists and other professionals gathered together to support small and medium-sized businesses in the struggle for survival in such a dynamic market.

Problem

I will show you a few problems with the example of a shortage of working capital in the company.
Small and medium businesses face many challenges. The project team identified two of them, which in their opinion, most affect the future of the business:

1. Payments.
Statistics show that most companies in the B2B market do not pay on time in bills. This leads to the fact that the company lacks working capital and such situations often end, at best, loss of market share and orders, at worst - bankruptcy. It turns out that the company that owes money for goods or services needs working capital in order to successfully continue its activities in the market. But if you owe money, then where do you get it, this capital? Correctly, to be credited is the simplest and quickest way to solve a financial problem. From this emerges the following problem.
2. Lending.
Where can I get working capital? That's right - credit. But there is one but. Banks reluctantly lend to small and medium-sized businesses. This is due to the fact that small and medium-sized businesses often hide the facts of their activities, and banks can not get very important information for them and assess the real solvency of the company. Secondly, it is much more profitable for banks to lend to a large business: the cost of issuing a loan is the same, but big profits, of course, will bring large firms.
And what do small players in the market do in this case? It seems that everything is against them.
This is the task the PayBlok project team decided to solve. By the way, the project is already working, it is actively used by more than 2300 business units. The team is developing a very cool functionality on the blockchain, allowing more efficient work with the platform.

But in this article, I want to tell you why I believe in the PayBlok team.

Tim is a cool specialist (CIO / CTO) who has held advanced technical positions in large companies like Amazon Instant Video, Betfair, and Yahoo !.
